Day 1: Sorata – Chillcani

We leave La Paz towards the population of Sorata on board our vehicle through the highlands to the warm lands of this valley, reaching our mules and mule drivers waiting for us to start the journey along paths which move the warm climate of the valleys, high mountain freezing temperatures. This day we observe inter crops mountain in the afternoon we reached the community of Chillcani 3450m, 3650m to camp.

Day 2: Chu-Chu – Ancoma

On this day we won the highest point in trekking over 4650m Chu-Chu, then crossed a highway passing through several communities, we finally reached the town of Ancoma. Camping 3800

Day 3: Illampu – Cocoyo

Trekking in the vicinity of the massif Illampu of 6430m, we will gain a height of 4500, then to descend to the valleys of inter mountain, our camping site is located in the colorful town of Cocoyo at 3500m.

Day 4: Rio Chajolpaya

We cross a valley, watered by the river Chajolpaya. The snow will witness a hike through precarious constructions that take us back a hundred years. Camp at 3,900 m

Day 5:

Through paths where vegetation contrasts with the hues of the hills, we appreciate the serenity and silence of these places interrupted only by the bleating of sheep. Lagunas mountains are formed from large bodies of water find in this day of trekking.

Day 6: San Francisco – Sorasoran

We Laguna San Francisco 4,400 m where we find hot springs, and then continues down to the fertile valley of Sorasorani, camping at 4,000 m

Day 7: Millipaya – Sorata

Walk down to 3,500 Millipaya then descend through trails with shade crops polychrome with Aymara communities and small streams down to Sorata. Return transport.
